I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I was with your services. I had two 40 gallon water heaters installed on October 20 at my residence. Jason was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and offered me multiple solutions and pricing for each option. Anthony, the installer, arrived on time and called to confirm. He prepared the areas to avoid damaging our carpets and cleaned up after the job was finished. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained how to operate the system before leaving my home.
